A two day workshop introducing massage to beginners for the use at home. You will learn techniques to help relax, sooth and mend the aching muscles of your loved one, friends or family.

This two day course is also a good start to move onto a Diploma in Massage. If you fancy a taster in basic massage - techniques and usages - this course will cover what you need for general inderstanding.
